Every build is a little different, and that's what keeps things interesting. We recently wrapped up another custom cage for Phil's 2025 Polaris RZR Pro R, putting together a setup built specifically for racing.
The foundation of this build is our production Polaris RZR Pro R cage. It's designed to maintain clean body lines while providing a stronger replacement for the factory cage.
For this build, Phil added several of our add-on options, including intrusion bars and chase light tabs.
After the production cage was complete, we moved into the custom portion. We designed custom bumpers that follow the lines of the car. He requested we add door bars with disconnects - easy to remove but added side protection when necessary.
Another major addition was our A-pillar chassis support option. These supports tie the cage into the chassis for additional strength, making them a solid option for race applications.

We added a few accessories to round everything out.
A set of our American-made .095" DOM steel rock sliders helps protect the lower sides of the car from rocks and side impacts.
We installed an RLB Motorsports chase light using the tabs on the cage. Everything mounts cleanly without extra brackets or modifications.
The cage, bumpers, rock sliders, and door bars were all coated together in Prismatic's Walker Red, so the entire package matched.
Once everything came back from powder coating, we installed everything in-house.
