Shipping
Shipping costs are due at the time your order is placed. All cages are shipped via LTL freight unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please call us to confirm our current lead time. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping typically takes 4-7 business days.
If you have special delivery requirements, such as residential, or would like to discuss alternative shipping options, please contact our team. We're happy to help coordinate the best solution for your needs.
Custom Builds
Our team brings your ideas to life with precision craftsmanship and transparent pricing. All custom builds are handled with care and billed at our hourly shop rate for design time, wiring, and other specialized work. We're happy to provide an estimate before starting your project; however, please note that this may vary depending on the actual time required to complete the work.
Customers will have the chance to review and approve designs, such as for custom bumpers or other unique requests. Standard pricing applies to cages, with additional design time as needed, depending on the build.
Accessory installation, including wiring, lighting, bumpers, and other add-ons, is also billed at our hourly shop rate.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom builds before work begins. We value clear, consistent communication throughout the process to ensure your project turns exactly as you envision.
Returns
Because each cage is built with care and attention to detail, returns are generally not accepted. If you believe a return is necessary, please contact us at keeten@wcioffroad.com or call us to discuss the reasoning.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized in advance.
Please note that custom cages and full builds are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Deposits
A 50% deposit, or paid in full is required at the time of order, unless otherwise discussed and approved in advance. This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin work on your order. This deposit is non-refundable.
For custom orders, we understand that the final balance may change depending on design adjustments, added features, or additional labor required during the build process. Any changes will be communicated clearly before the final payment is due.
The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup of your order.
If an order is canceled after the deposit has been received, the deposit will be forfeited in full. For custom work already in progress, additional charges may apply to cover materials, labor, or design time incurred up to the point of cancellation.
