Shipping costs are due at the time your order is placed. All cages are shipped via LTL freight unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please call us to confirm our current lead time. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping typically takes 4-7 business days.

Our team brings your ideas to life with precision craftsmanship and transparent pricing. All custom builds are handled with care and billed at our hourly shop rate for design time, wiring, and other specialized work. We're happy to provide an estimate before starting your project; however, please note that this may vary depending on the actual time required to complete the work.

Customers will have the chance to review and approve designs, such as for custom bumpers or other unique requests. Standard pricing applies to cages, with additional design time as needed, depending on the build.

Accessory installation, including wiring, lighting, bumpers, and other add-ons, is also billed at our hourly shop rate.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom builds before work begins. We value clear, consistent communication throughout the process to ensure your project turns exactly as you envision.

Custom builds are nonrefundable.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All of our roll cages are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies only to defects that arise from the manufacturing process under normal use and proper installation.

Please note that the following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage resulting from rollovers, collisions, or accidents
  
• Improper or incorrect installation
  
• Modifications, alterations, or misuse
  
• Normal wear and tear
  

Any damage caused by impact or improper installation falls outside the scope of manufacturing defects.

Standard production cages are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and does not include powder coating. Freight to return the merchandise is to be paid by the customer in the case of a return. If you believe a return is necessary, please contact us at keeten@wcioffroad.com or call us to discuss the reasoning.

Custom cages and full builds are nonrefundable, and will not be accepted as a return.

A 50% deposit, or paid in full is required at the time of order, unless otherwise discussed and approved in advance. This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin work on your order. This deposit is non-refundable.

For custom orders, we understand that the final balance may change depending on design adjustments, added features, or additional labor required during the build process. Any changes will be communicated clearly before the final payment is due.

The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup of your order.

If an order is canceled after the deposit has been received, the deposit will be forfeited in full. For custom work already in progress, additional charges may apply to cover materials, labor, or design time incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Our products are designed for off-road and recreational use. By purchasing or installing any product from WCI Off-Road, the customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with such use.

WCI Off-Road is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur before, during, or after installation and use of our products, including cages and accessories.

Proper installation and safe operation are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing or using any WCI Off-Road product, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless WCI Off-Road from any and all claims, demands, damages, including but not limited to those arising from negligence, misuse, or improper installation.
