Shipping policy

Shipping costs are due at the time your order is placed. All cages are shipped via LTL freight unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please call us to confirm our current lead time. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Shipping is nonrefundable.
